Divine Sparks of Light is not responsible for lost to items or damage that may occur in shipping. Claims will need to be filed by the shipping company. For items valued at above $375 we recommend insurance and delivery confirmation. 

All international shipping we recommend purchasing insurance and Divine Sparks of Light is not responsible for duties fees.
